Case Study · Harborview International School

The next year

Tier 3 Incident Reporting and Feedback

What Harborview needed

The school wants to know what changes in year two, and how much of the first year’s work carries forward.

What we did

Year two is smoother, because most of the first year’s work carries forward.

We update the dates and seasons, touch up the risk documents from what the school learned, and add new trips and providers.

Trips can drift from their goals over time. Sometimes a trip goes back to the start.

The program review runs again at the end of the first year, so the school can see what has changed.

What Harborview decides

  • Harborview decides which trips continue, which change and which go back to the start.
  • Harborview decides when to review the program again.

We prepare the updates, and Harborview makes every decision about its program.

Lead time

The best time to review the program again is the end of the first year.

If this way of working may be useful for your school, we would be glad to hear about your program.
