Tier 2

Trip Readiness

We prepare each trip's reports with your school and your provider so everyone has what they need before departure and while the group is away.

How a Trip Starts

Your school emails us what you have on the trip in whatever format you get it. There are no forms. Our trained AI agents and our consultants research every place on the itinerary, the routes, the weather for the week and the nearest hospitals.

Every trip gets the same reports in the same format. Your school chooses which reports each trip needs.

Risk Assessments in the Portal

We don’t write your risk assessments. Your school writes them on each trip’s Risk assessment tab.

A five-day trek doesn’t need five assessments. You group the similar activities, write one assessment for each group and print the set, and each one can start from the shared library.
