What Harborview needed
Harborview’s elementary school runs many day trips through the year, to venues across Singapore.
The school wants the same care for each one without a long document every time.
What we did
We prepare one pack for the school year, with a page for each trip and a calendar for each month.
Each grade team sends us its venues, its class sizes and the adults going on each trip. We set out each trip with its date, its schedule and each stop.
We measure the drive by road from each stop to Singapore’s public emergency departments.
