What Harborview needs

The Director of Athletics & Activities wants the coaches and advisors who travel with Harborview’s teams and activity groups to carry the same information for every host city.

The coaches receive their guide from the same partnership, so athletics travel follows the same preparation as every other path.

What Harborview receives

Wexcombe International School · Meridian Schools Conference, 2026–27

These pages come from samples prepared for another school, Wexcombe International School; Harborview’s edition would take the same form.

How it works

  1. 1. What Harborview sends, by email

    • The travel calendar the Director of Athletics & Activities publishes each August
    • For each trip: the dates, the teams and staff traveling, and the host school’s schedule
  2. 2. What ETI360 does

    • Reads the athletics and activities travel policy first, so the guide follows it.
    • Researches each host city once, from cited public sources, and lists the emergency departments by drive time, shortest first.
    • Writes a chapter for each host city in the same order, and a page of items to confirm before travel.
  3. 3. What Harborview decides

    • The Director of Athletics & Activities approves all team and activity travel under the school’s policy.
    • The school completes the fields marked for confirmation and confirms which emergency department each group uses.
ETI360’s 3-Tier Risk Framework
  • Tier 1 Organizational Readiness: The school-wide review of travel policies and procedures, prepared for leadership review.
  • Tier 2 Trip Readiness: Each trip’s documents, prepared for review before departure.
  • Tier 3 Live Trip Support and Review: Field and emergency information for trip leaders while the group is away, and the report after the trip.
